Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, company and message when you use the contact form or email us; your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages visited, collected through server logs and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Information from marketplaces: for orders placed on a marketplace, we receive order and shipping details required to fulfil and support that order. We never receive your full payment card number.

2. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, fulfil orders and handle warranty claims; to send the newsletter you asked for; to detect abuse and keep the site secure; to meet accounting, tax and product-safety obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

3. Cookies

This site sets one essential cookie when an administrator signs in to the content management area. We do not set marketing or third-party tracking cookies. Embedded video, if added later, may set cookies from the relevant platform — we will name it here if that changes.

4. Service providers

We share data with a small number of processors who help us operate: website hosting, email delivery, and analytics. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and may only use the data on our instructions.

Where required, transfers of personal data outside the EEA/UK rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Contact enquiries are kept for 24 months. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Order and warranty records are kept for the period required by tax and consumer-law obligations in the relevant market.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and request portability.

Email hello@homavia.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We respond within 30 days and will never charge a fee for a reasonable request. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security and changes

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the surface small: we collect little, and we keep it briefly.

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date below and, for significant changes, notify newsletter subscribers by email.
