The rules for using this website. Purchases are governed by the marketplace you bought from.
These terms apply to your use of the HOMAVIA website. They do not replace the terms of sale of Amazon, Walmart or TikTok Shop, which govern any purchase you make through those platforms.
1. Use of this site
You may browse, print and share pages for personal and business evaluation purposes. You may not scrape, mirror or republish the site, its images or its copy without written permission.
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt unauthorised access to the administration area, or use automated tools in a way that degrades service for others.
2. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, including dimensions, materials and care instructions. Colours vary between screens, and reactive glazes vary between pieces; small differences are not defects.
Prices shown on this site are indicative for the US market and may differ from marketplace prices, which include platform promotions, taxes and shipping. The price at marketplace checkout is the binding price.
3. Orders, payment and returns
This website does not process payments. All orders are completed on a third-party marketplace and are subject to that marketplace’s terms, return window and dispute process. Our two-year warranty is offered in addition to — not instead of — your statutory rights.
4. Intellectual property
The HOMAVIA name, logo, product designs, photography and text on this site are owned by Homavia Homeware Co., Ltd. or licensed to it. Marketplace sellers may use our product images and copy only under a written reseller agreement.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties relating to the site itself and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory consumer rights.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers may also rely on the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
